We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Business Development Manager who can identify new business opportunities, generate quality leads, meet prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective clients across various industries.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct online and in-person client meetings.




- Understand client business goals and gather detailed project requirements.
- Present and pitch RD Bytes' services, including Website Design, Branding, Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, AI Solutions, and Business Automation.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial documents.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to successfully close business deals.
- Convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the Project Management and Technical teams to ensure a smooth project handover.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
