About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Business Development Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities within the school and education market across Bengaluru.

This is a primarily field-based role. The candidate will be expected to regularly visit schools and educational institutions, understand the market, identify potential business opportunities, find the right decision-makers, and build initial relationships.

The role does not involve simply visiting a list of schools. We are looking for someone who can independently identify where business opportunities exist, understand how to approach each institution, and use a combination of field visits, calls, emails, and consistent follow-ups to generate meaningful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* Regularly visit schools and educational institutions across Bengaluru.
* Identify potential schools and independently assess where genuine business opportunities may exist.




* Research and identify the key decision-makers and influencers within each institution.
* Build relationships with relevant contacts through regular field visits and professional follow-ups.
* Introduce and effectively communicate the company’s profile, strengths, capabilities, and offerings.
* Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, references, and field visits.
* Secure meaningful appointments with the appropriate decision-makers for the management team.
* Follow up with prospects through personal visits, phone calls, emails, and other professional channels.
* Conduct targeted email outreach and maintain professional communication with prospective institutions.
* Track every lead and systematically manage follow-ups until a meaningful opportunity is developed.
* Monitor the Bengaluru school market and identify potential requirements, upcoming opportunities, and business triggers.
* Gather market intelligence
