Procurement Executive (Entry-Level Welcome)
About the Role

Gotraka is looking for a smart, resourceful, and highly adaptable Procurement Executive to support our Senior Procurement Officer.

We're not looking for years of procurement experience. Instead, we're looking for someone who is an exceptional communicator, learns quickly, enjoys solving problems, and can confidently handle new challenges.

If you're naturally organised, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can pick up new systems and processes quickly, we'd love to hear from you. Full training will be provided for the right person.

You'll work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and international vendors, helping keep our procurement operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Support the Senior Procurement Officer with day-to-day procurement activities.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and supplier enquiries.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier information.
- Update purchasing, inventory, and supplier data in internal systems.
- Assist with preparing and processing purchase orders.




- Help identify and resolve supply issues before they become problems.
- Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Operations, and Finance teams to keep purchasing running efficiently.
- Learn procurement processes quickly and continuously improve the way work is done.
