Purpose of role.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance & Governance Analyst to join the flydocs team in India.
With a significant part of our workforce based in India, maintaining a solid understanding of the Indian legislative, regulatory and governance landscape is fundamental to our business. This role will provide dedicated local compliance expertise, helping flydocs India understand and meet its obligations, respond effectively to regulatory change and maintain appropriate governance, policies, controls and procedures.




You will act as a key point of knowledge for Indian regulatory and governance requirements, working closely with stakeholders across the business to identify applicable obligations, understand their impact and support their effective implementation.
The role will also support flydocs' wider compliance, assurance and enterprise risk management frameworks. Previous risk management experience is beneficial, but we are particularly interested in candidates who bring strong knowledge and practical experience of the Indian regulatory and governance environment.
Work arrangement:
We are more interested in what you bring to our team than where you are located, so this role can be performed remotely from anywhere in India.
