About the Role

Bonwic Technologies is looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive who can independently generate qualified leads, schedule meetings with CXOs and business decision-makers, deliver sales presentations, and close B2B deals.

This is a client-facing corporate sales role requiring excellent communication, business acumen, and a professional personality.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, Marketing Heads, HR Heads, Procurement Heads, etc.).
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing and IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams.
- Negotiate commercials and close deals.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Minimum 2 years of stable B2B Business Development experience.
- Experience in selling Digital Marketing, IT Services, Software,



SaaS, Website Development, Mobile Applications, ERP, CRM, Cloud, or Technology Solutions.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client meetings, proposal discussions, and deal closures.
- Comfortable with cold calling and consultative B2B selling.
- You are a Fresher.
- Your experience is limited to BPO, Customer Support, Telecalling, Retail Sales, Counter Sales, FMCG Distribution, Insurance, Banking Sales, Real Estate Sales, Automobile Sales, Education Counselling, or Field Collection.
- You have frequently changed jobs (multiple short tenures without a valid reason).
- You are looking only for back-office, customer service, or non-sales roles.
- You are not comfortable interacting with senior corporate professionals in English.
