About the Role

The Manager – Analytics & Business Excellence is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with Operations, Quality, Training, Finance, and Client Services teams to transform data into actionable insights, improve business performance, and deliver sustainable operational outcomes. The incumbent will lead analytics programs, develop performance dashboards, identify process improvement opportunities,



and support strategic business initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

Analytics & Business Intelligence
Develop, maintain, and enhance operational, financial, and client performance dashboards.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvement areas.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
Drive data governance, reporting accuracy, and metric standardization across functions.
Perform root cause analysis and predictive analytics to support business decisions.
Establish KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define reporting and analytics requirements.
Present insights and recommendations to leadership and clients.
Support client governance calls and business reviews with data-driven insights.
