Job Description

Product Managers in Product Development/Management drive product strategy from conception and definition through implementation. They identify new business and market opportunities, create business plans, and determine market requirements for products, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and image. The role functions as a central resource, interacting with systems, marketing, and sales during product development, and formulates and executes long-term plans for cost and profit control. Product Managers promote the use of new technologies and industry-leading trends.

All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.

Essential Skills:
Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AML, Sanctions, Fraud, Transaction Monitoring, Screening (including sanctions/watchlist screening and adverse media), KYC, Client Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) platforms,



aligning compliance technology with business and regulatory priorities
Lead transformation of Fin Crime systems by enhancing core compliance applications, strengthening third‑party integrations, and embedding automation across transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, adverse media analysis, alert generation, case management, and investigation workflows
Demonstrated experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions is considered a significant asset, highlighting the ability to innovate and enhance business processes through advanced technologies.
Drive cross-functional execution to deliver scalable, future-ready compliance solutions that optimize alert dispositioning, strengthen risk detection, ensure regulatory adherence, and improve end-to-end AML lifecycle efficiency
