Shuttle Express is expanding its Corporate & MICE business and is seeking experienced, results-oriented Sales Professionals to join our growing team.
We have multiple openings for both Sales Team Leaders and Sales Executives / Sales Agents.
Open Positions
1. Sales Team Leader – Corporate & MICE
Experience: 4–5+ years
2. Sales Executive / Sales Agent – Corporate & MICE
Experience: 2+ years preferred
Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B business across Corporate, MICE and Events
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients
Handle corporate transportation and MICE requirements
Manage sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets
Build long-term relationships with corporates, travel companies, event agencies and DMCs




Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals
Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
For Team Leaders: lead, mentor and manage the sales team and drive overall revenue growth
Candidate Profile
We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in Corporate Car Rentals, Chauffeur-Driven Transportation, Ground Transportation, MICE, Events or Corporate Travel.
The ideal candidate should have:
Proven B2B sales/business development experience
Strong corporate and MICE client network
Good understanding of the ground transportation industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong lead-generation and client-acquisition capabilities
A target-driven and result-oriented approach
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
