- The Role: Business Development Executive:
- In this role, you’ll be speaking to high performing men, understanding their problems, building connections, and recommending them the most suitable products/services that the company has for their situation. - Pay: This is a role that includes Salary and performance based Incentives. The pay will depend on your skills, work experience, and the results that you drive.



The incentive structure is uncapped with the only limit being the results that you drive.
- Hours: This is a full time position and work from office

What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?
- 1-3 years of Business Development/Sales Experience/Client-facing role experience with a proven track record of owing individual and team targets
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience in an early-stage startup is a big plus.
- Should have a proven track record of driving success and results in your career.

Some of the Specific Role Functions:
- Understanding customer needs and requirements through text queries, calls, and in certain cases virtual or physical meetings.
- Prospect call preparation including customer background research and other pertinent lead information.
- Identify customers’ buying trends and provide reports to management.
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Maintain CRM information on leads & prospects.
