We’re looking for someone who knows what it takes to keep hardware moving when supply chains don’t cooperate.

What you’ll own
• Semiconductor sourcing - MCUs, BLE/SoCs, PMICs, sensors, memory & analog
• Supplier relationships with Nordic, TI, ST, ADI, NXP, Renesas, Goodix & more
• Price, lead-time, MOQ, allocation & BOM cost negotiations
• PCBA / ODM / EMS partnerships across India, China & SEA
• Recent product launches from EVT → DVT → PVT → MP
• Demand planning, inventory & supplier performance
• Supply-chain resilience, China+1 & India localisation

? Who we’re looking for
Someone with 10+ years in consumer electronics, wearables or IoT supply chain who has:
✓ Managed sourcing at 500K+ units/year
✓ Survived a real component shortage
✓ Negotiated semiconductor allocation
✓ Driven meaningful BOM cost-down
✓ Taken a hardware product from development to mass production
And most importantly - someone who can stay calm when:
