Role Description The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting detailed financial analysis to support funding decisions, project evaluations, and strategic initiatives across multiple client segments. Day-to-day activities include preparing and reviewing financial models, analyzing financial statements, assessing cash flow and capital requirements, and supporting the structuring of project finance and working capital solutions. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather data, validate assumptions,



and prepare clear reports and presentations for senior management and clients.

The analyst will contribute to financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking, while ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards. This is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.

Qualifications

- Strong finance and financial planning skills, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and capital structure analysis.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market information to support decision-making.
- Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial statements and financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of corporate finance principles, project finance, and working capital management.
- Experience with financial modeling tools and spreadsheets (e.g., advanced Excel); familiarity with financial analysis software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA, MBA in Finance) is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Attention to detail, high level of integrity, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or corporate finance roles, particularly in project finance or structured finance, is highly beneficial.
