Position Summary The Financial Analyst will support the AdTech Strategy & Operations team by providing operational support across finance, procurement, budget management, vendor administration, and contract-related activities.

Approximately 80-90% of the role will focus on finance and procurement activities, with 10-20% supporting broader operational initiatives such as onboarding, training programs, merger-related requests, and other organizational priorities.

The ideal candidate has experience in finance, accounting, procurement, budgeting, or financial operations and is comfortable working with budgets, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Track invoices through approval and payment processes and escalate issues as needed

Maintain budget trackers and support spend forecasting activities

Track project, vendor, CapEx, and OpEx spend

Create, maintain, and monitor purchase orders

Submit and track procurement requests and finance tickets

Maintain contract and vendor trackers

Support vendor onboarding and procurement workflows

Prepare financial and operational reporting





Coordinate follow-up activities with Finance, FP&A;, Procurement, AP, Legal, and vendor partners

Support onboarding, training, merger-related, and other operational initiatives as needed

Learn and adopt new finance, procurement, reporting, AI, and automation tools

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, procurement, financial operations, business operations, or a related field

Experience working with budgets, invoices, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor spend

Solid Excel and financial analysis skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to proactively drive issues to resolution – this is extremely important!

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting technology or business operations teams

Experience with procurement, ERP, or financial management systems

Experience with vendor management and contract administration

Experience in using AI and automation tools to improve workflows
