Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in designing and executing automated test scripts using Java and Selenium. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and hands-on experience in building scalable automation frameworks. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver

Analyze business requirements and convert them into test scenarios and test cases

Execute test cases (manual & automated) and report defects using defect tracking tools

Develop and maintain automation frameworks (Hybrid / Data-driven / POM)

Perform regression, functional, and integration testing

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives





Ensure test coverage and improve test efficiency through automation

Debug and troubleshoot automation script failures

Required Skills

Robust experience in Java programming

Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver

Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks

Good understanding of OOP concepts

Experience with TestNG / JUnit

Knowledge of Maven / Gradle

Experience with Git or other version control tools

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)

Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have Skills

Experience with API testing (Postman / Rest Assured)

Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber)

Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter)

Basic knowledge of SQL / Database testing

Experience in cloud-based testing platforms
