oDB lead JD Key Responsibilities Lead Oracle DB migration activities from legacy to target platforms.

Review database and application code for migration readiness and quality.

Perform performance tuning and optimization (queries, indexes, schemas, execution plans).

Take ownership of critical and complex coding tasks when required.

Design and enforce best practices for DB performance, security, and scalability.

Coordinate parallel line items and ensure timely delivery across workstreams.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and DB engineers.

Work closely with architecture, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth UAT-to-Prod transitions.

Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans.

Required Skills Robust hands-on experience with Oracle DB (PL/SQL, performance tuning, migration strategies).

Proven experience in DB migration projects (on-prem to cloud / version upgrades / platform moves).

Expertise in SQL optimization, indexing strategies, partitioning, and troubleshooting.

Experience reviewing application and DB code for performance and scalability.

Ability to handle critical coding and production issues under pressure.

Experience leading parallel workstreams and coordinating across teams.
