Job Summary

The Branch Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the hospital branch. The role ensures smooth functioning of departments, compliance with hospital policies, staff coordination, patient satisfaction, and effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the hospital branch.
- Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Pharmacy, and other support staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, shifts, leave, and discipline.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and provide excellent patient service.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, HR, Finance, and other departments.
- Maintain hospital records, statutory documents, and administrative reports.
- Monitor inventory, assets, and vendor services.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies, and safety regulations.
- Handle patient grievances and resolve operational issues promptly.




- Monitor branch expenses and petty cash.
- Ensure infrastructure, equipment, and facilities are maintained properly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training in coordination with HR.
- Drive branch performance by achieving operational and patient satisfaction targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/MHA is preferred.

Experience
- 3-7 years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations.
- Experience managing a multi-specialty or fertility hospital is an added advantage.
