Store Manager - Titan World (Franchisee Store under BDS Group)

Location: Dhanbad
Salary: Up to ₹33,000 CTC per Month
Qualification: Graduate in any Stream
Experience: 1-3 Years in a Managerial Role (Retail Industry Preferred)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve business objectives.
- Drive store sales and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are maintained.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and minimize stock losses.
- Prepare daily sales reports and ensure operational compliance.




- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Coordinate with the corporate team for smooth store operations.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager role in retail.
- Robust leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Target-driven with excellent customer service orientation.
- Experience in watches in Mandatory.

Pay: Up to ₹33,000.00 per month
