We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Data Analytics Manager to lead our analytics function and transform data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical expertise, experience managing analytics teams, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business stakeholders.
Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks.
Partner with business, product, finance, sales, and operations teams to understand analytical requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
Develop and implement data governance, reporting standards, and analytics best practices.
Monitor business performance and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, quality, and availability.




Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through compelling visualisations and presentations.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation and process optimisation.
Stay current with emerging analytics tools, technologies, and industry trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
2-4 years of experience leading or managing analytics teams.
Solid proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
