Talent Acquisition Executive | Vedantu

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Bengaluru and manage end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on Sales and Business hiring.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Manage bulk/high-volume hiring requirements.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
Work closely with hiring managers and maintain candidate pipelines.
Ensure timely closure of positions and a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Experience in IT and/or Non-IT hiring.
Experience in bulk hiring is preferred.
Strong sourcing and communication skills.
Valuable knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn.
Comfortable working 6 days a week from office.
