Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and develop new opportunities in the Electrical EPC, electrical contracting, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and related engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop current business opportunities in Electrical EPC, contracting, infrastructure, electrical products, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, market research, online platforms, and industry contacts.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, PMCs, builders, contractors, and industrial customers.
- Meet prospective clients to understand project requirements and business needs.




- Present company capabilities, technical solutions, and relevant project experience.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Convert enquiries and leads into business opportunities and projects.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and track opportunities through to closure.

Tendering & Proposal Management
- Identify relevant tenders and project opportunities through procurement portals, market research, and industry networks.
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, finance, and project teams for preparation of techno-commercial proposals.
- Support tender submissions, bid discussions, negotiations, and commercial activities.
- Follow up with clients and stakeholders throughout the proposal and project award process.

Market Research
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, upcoming projects, and industry developments.
