About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team in Madurai and support our Dubai market sales operations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing business opportunities, conducting sales discussions, and converting leads into successful business relationships.
What You'll Own & Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, online research, and other lead-generation channels.




Prospect and connect with potential B2B clients in the Dubai/UAE market.
Understand client requirements and effectively present the company's products and services.
Schedule and coordinate product/service demonstrations and sales meetings with prospective clients.
Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to convert opportunities into successful sales.
Maintain solid and professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets assigned by the management.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Dubai sales/support team to ensure smooth communication and customer handling.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on pipeline, conversions, and target achievement.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in the UAE market.
