ABOUT SUROSKIE
Suroskie is a quick-growing D2C skincare and beauty brand built for the modern Indian consumer. We’re looking for a highly driven, data-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to scale our digital growth across paid channels and turn ad spend into a predictable revenue engine.

ABOUT ROLE
You will own customer acquisition, paid media performance, funnel optimization, and ROAS growth across Meta, Google, and Snapchat. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a proven ability to scale high-budget D2C campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube), and Snapchat Ads.
Manage high advertising spends, with experience handling a minimum monthly budget of ₹1 Crore.
Own the complete funnel: Awareness → Consideration → Conversion.
Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth while maintaining target ROAS, CPA, and CAC.




Monitor campaign performance daily and scale winning creatives, audiences, placements, and campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad copy, offers, and landing pages.
Work closely with creative, content, brand, and influencer teams to develop high-converting UGC and performance creatives.
Track key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR, and LTV.
Collaborate with the website/Shopify team to improve landing pages and conversion funnels.
Plan and allocate budgets across platforms to maximize blended ROAS.
