Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients through daily field visits, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
- Visit prospective clients across Mumbai to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable SaaS, Software, and Hosting solutions.
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations, presentations, and business discussions at client locations.
- Generate and qualify leads, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and consistently work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects, prepare and present proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities into successful business deals.
- Build,



maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Record customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunity updates regularly in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, proposal submissions, and payment collections, wherever applicable.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
