About The Role

The Technical Officer will own end-to-end product and program execution for key initiatives, ensuring technical feasibility, cross-functional alignment, and measurable business impact. The role will define success metrics, manage dependencies and risks, and drive adoption of platform capabilities and AI-enabled solutions across channels to deliver scalable outcomes.





What You'll Do

Own and drive end-to-end delivery of strategic product and program initiatives from planning through launch and adoption.
Define success metrics, measure performance, and use data-driven insights to track progress and inform decision-making.
Partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align platform capabilities with channel and user needs.
Manage technical dependencies, delivery risks, issue resolution, and escalations across multiple workstreams.
Support product strategy by translating business goals into executable technical requirements and roadmap priorities.
Drive change management and adoption planning to ensure built capabilities are effectively used by target users and teams.
Collaborate on AI-related initiatives, ensuring technical understanding, feasibility assessment, and alignment to business value.
