Position Summary

The Admission Counsellor (Executive/Advisor)



will be responsible for supporting prospective parents and students throughout the admission and enrollment process. The role involves explaining 21K School’s programs and admission procedures, assisting with documentation and onboarding, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth admission experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple admission-related activities efficiently.

Key stakeholders: Parents/Students, Admissions Team, Sales Team, Academic Team, Marketing Team, Communications Team, and Operations Team.
