About Orbital Foods

Orbital Foods is a growing corporate and outdoor catering company based in Bengaluru, providing catering services to corporate offices, industries, institutions, weddings, bespoke events, and large-scale outdoor catering.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and vendor payments while supporting the company's growing business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L; statements, and financial reports.
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and tax consultants.
- Maintain payroll records and statutory compliance.




- Ensure accurate bookkeeping using Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Assist management with financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.
- 2-4 years of accounting experience.:
- Strong knowledge of:
- GST
- TDS
- Bank Reconciliation
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Payroll
- MIS Reporting
- Financial Statements
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
