Alongside our U.S.based fireplace brand, we're expanding our digital marketing efforts and are looking for a performance-driven Ads Specialist who thrives on testing, optimization, and measurable growth.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Ads Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. This is a hands-on execution role where you'll work closely with our creative team to continuously improve campaign performance through testing and data-driven decisions.

Your Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display & YouTube)




- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for:
- ROAS
- CPA
- CTR
- CPC
- Conversion Rate
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Perform ongoing A/B testing of:
- Ad creatives
- Headlines
- Ad copy
- Audiences
- Campaign structures
- Landing pages
- Proactively test recent video creatives, images, hooks, and messaging to discover winning ads.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Assist with persuasive advertising copy and campaign messaging.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms to improve workflows, research, and creative development.
- Prepare weekly campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

Required
- Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising and perform
