Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to Grades XI & XII as per the CBSE/State Board curriculum.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom instruction.
- Train students for Board examinations and competitive examinations.
- Teach English Literature, Grammar, Reading Comprehension, Writing Skills, and Communication Skills.
- Develop students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing (LSRW) skills.
- Prepare question papers, assignments, worksheets, unit tests, and model examinations.
- Conduct revision classes and doubt-clearing sessions to improve student performance.
- Encourage creative writing, public speaking, debates, presentations, and literary activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance and mentoring.




- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Use smart classroom technology and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, examinations, school events, and departmental activities.
- Maintain student attendance, assessment records, and academic reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve academic excellence and board examination results.

Required Skills:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong knowledge of English Literature and Grammar
- Effective classroom management and communication skills
- Lesson planning and assessment preparation
- Board examination coaching experience
- Ability to develop LSRW skills and creative writing
- Proficiency in MS Office, Smart Boards, and School ERP

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching CBSE and/or Matric Higher Secondary classes
- Proven record of excellent board examination results
- Ability to conduct lite
