Position: Junior Accountant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain petty cash records and expense reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Organize and maintain financial documents and records.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding financial documentation.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com.), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting (Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply).
- Basic knowledge of GST,



TDS, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with Tally Prime or similar accounting software will be an added advantage.

Office Timings
- April to October: 01:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- November to March: 02:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Salary

As per company standards / Negotiable based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
