- Lead and develop your engineering team to design, develop, deploy, and support key features of data movement tools while maintaining current system stability
- Drive architectural initiatives that enable services to operate across regions while retaining critical business functions within specific regions
- Build and nurture your team through recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and fostering a positive team culture where engineers grow and thrive
- Connect with customers and cross-functional partners regularly to gather requirements, build the team roadmap, and collaborate with product and partner teams on recent projects




- Champion engineering best practices across the software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operational excellence
