About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations and online sales channels.
- Handle marketplace operations including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Ajio.
- Manage product listings, catalog updates, SKU creation, and inventory planning.
- Drive revenue growth through pricing strategies, promotions, and sales campaigns.
- Monitor website performance, customer experience, and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and marketplace performance.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and returns.
- Generate regular business reports and performance dashboards.
- Work closely with merchandising, supply chain, operations, and marketing teams.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in E-commerce, Online Retail, Digital Commerce,



or Fashion E-commerce.
- Experience in Apparel, Garment, Fashion Retail, or Textile Industry preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, and Ajio Seller platforms.
- Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of catalog management, inventory management, and marketplace analytics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.
