Job Title: Retail Sales Representative / Sales Executive (Women's Fashion)

Job Overview:
Kaftanize is looking for a vibrant, well-spoken, and experienced Sales Representative to join our Juhu retail outlet. If you have a passion for women's fashion, a pleasing personality, and a knack for delivering exceptional customer service, we want you on our team

As the face of our store, you will help customers discover the perfect outfits while ensuring the boutique looks immaculate and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Sales & Customer Consultation: Greet customers warmly, understand their style preferences, and assist them in selecting and styling outfits (co-ords, indo-western wear, and luxury clothing).
- Billing & POS Operations: Handle the cash counter, process payments (cash, card, UPI), and issue invoices accurately.
- Inventory & Stock Management:
- Receive, unpack, and count recent stock arrivals.




- Keep track of inventory levels and report fast-selling or low-stock items to management.
- Ensure all items are properly tagged with prices and security barcodes.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain the store’s visual appeal by arranging mannequins, folding/hanging clothes neatly, and keeping displays organized according to brand guidelines.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the trial rooms, display racks, and overall store environment are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build a loyal customer base by collecting feedback, maintaining a customer log, and updating regulars about new arrivals, sales, or festive promotions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working in a premium women’s clothing store or boutique.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills (fluency in English and Hindi is highly preferred).
- Personality: Pleasing, well-groomed, confident, and approachable person
