- As Communications Specialist for Worley, _you will play a key role in achieving our ambition by connecting business performance, strategy and communications. You’ll be an influential partner to senior leadership, building the profile, reputation and relationships necessary to position Worley in India, while enhancing Worley’s reputation as an employer of choice.

The Role
- Be the trusted communications and business partner:Work closely with the Senior Vice President and their extended leadership to provide insight,



analysis and tailored approaches that support decision-making, business performance and engagement.
- Drive performance insight and alignment:Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, anticipate needs and align with broader business priorities.
- Plan and deliver communications:Develop and manage communications that build clarity, consistency and engagement across India and GIDGEI.
- Support strategic initiatives:Plan, coordinate and track key initiatives, ensuring progress is monitored, actions are followed up and priorities executed effectively.
- Enable leadership effectiveness:Coordinate leadership activities and governance forums, including agendas, materials and tracking outcomes.
- Develop compelling materials:Create key messages, presentations and materials that simplify complex information and reinforce Worley’s strategy.
- Prepare insights and briefings:Develop briefing materials
