Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Work on ServiceNow ITOM modules including Incident, Event, and Order Management
- Create and maintain Flows and Subflows using Flow Designer
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes
- Analyze requirements and implement ServiceNow solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow configuration issues
- Support ITOM processes and ensure smooth platform operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery

Required Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in ServiceNow Development
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM




- Good knowledge of JavaScript scripting
- Experience with:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- Flow Designer (Flows & Subflows)
- Understanding of ITSM/ITOM processes
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow CSA Certification (Positive to have)
- Experience with ServiceNow Studio
- Basic knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations
- Exposure to CMDB and Discovery concepts
