Senior Manager, Sales Analytics

What you’ll do:
- Team Leadership & Delivery
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts responsible for recurring reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis. Ensure high standards for accuracy, quality, and timeliness of deliverables.
- Reporting & Dashboard Ownership
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of standardized sales reports and dashboards, including pipeline health, bookings, revenue, and sales productivity metrics.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Support




- Support the sales forecasting process by ensuring data integrity, maintaining reporting inputs, and providing clear visibility into pipeline performance for Sales Operations and leadership.
- Operational Support & Business Partnership
- Partner with Sales Operations, Sales leaders, and cross-functional teams to fulfill reporting needs, troubleshoot data issues, and provide actionable insights that support daily operations.
- Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency through automation and standardization.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Translate data into clear, concise reporting and insights. Maintain strong responsiveness and a service-oriented approach to internal stakeholders.

What you need to bring:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
- 6-10 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operat
