Job Summary

The Associate Vice President, NNM CoE is a senior role responsible for end-to-end governance, operational enablement and oversight of CIB non-vendor relationships and Nostro accounts. The role supports consistent execution across establishment, maintenance, review and closure activities through clear processes, reliable data, effective controls and transparent accountability.
The role translates policy, approved operating models, service commitments and operating instructions into controlled, measurable and audit-ready delivery. It establishes common standards for workflow execution, information quality, evidence retention, ageing, exception management, escalation, management information and continuous improvement across the CoE.
The role coordinates activities spanning onboarding and account opening, amendments, periodic reviews, renewals, service and account oversight, monitoring, reassessments, exception resolution, offboarding and closure.
Operating as the senior and subject-matter expert in the team, the role applies independent judgement,



influences stakeholders without direct authority and provides informal leadership through day-to-day direction, coaching, quality oversight, knowledge sharing and escalation support. The role holder provides management with explicit visibility of service performance, control health, ageing, exceptions, material risks and decisions required.

Support the execution of the NNM CoE strategy by aligning processes, controls, data and technology to deliver a consistent, scalable and sustainable service.
Translate changes in policies, standards, regulations, systems and operating models into clear service scope, procedures, controls and implementation priorities.
Maintain alignment between the approved operating model, service catalogue, process flows, Departmental Operating Instructions and actual service delivery.
