We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships & Growth Manager to identify, develop and execute strategic partnerships that support Exponent's growth objectives.

The role combines business development, strategic partnership management and program execution, requiring close collaboration with external partners and internal teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships

Identify and evaluate current business opportunities and potential strategic partners across OEMs, fleet operators, CPOs, OMCs, EPC players, financing partners and other relevant ecosystems
Develop and manage relationships with strategic partners and drive opportunities from initial engagement through execution
Support development of partnership models, commercial proposals and business cases
Support commercial discussions and negotiations with partners in collaboration with the leadership team
Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen existing partnerships

Program Management & Execution





Own end-to-end execution of strategic partnership initiatives, including timelines,
milestones, dependencies and deliverables
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of partnership
commitments
Drive governance meetings, track action items and ensure closure of key decisions and deliverables
Identify risks and roadblocks and proactively drive their resolution

Commercial & Strategic Analysis

Evaluate commercial viability and business potential of partnership opportunities
Support development of new commercial and partnership models
Conduct market, partner and competitive analysis to support strategic decision- making

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

Act as a key interface between external partners and internal stakeholders
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication on progress, priorities and commitments
Prepare business cases, presentations, executive updates and partnership do
