Role Description The Sales Engineer role is a full time position based in Gurugram. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their technical requirements, and presenting tailored ZEISS 3D scanning solutions. The Sales Engineer will conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and delivery.



The role also involves providing basic technical support during pre- and post-sales phases, coordinating with internal stakeholders to address client needs, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Regular reporting on sales activities, market feedback, and competitor insights will be part of the role to help drive business growth.
Qualifications

Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to translate client requirements into effective 3D Scanning
Proven Sales and Customer Service skills to manage the full sales cycle and maintain positive client relationships.
Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
