About the Role
We are hiring an autonomous, highly driven technical QA Engineer to serve as the final line of defense for our platform’s quality and user experience. This unique, dual-impact role sits squarely at the intersection of elite product validation and enterprise customer championing. You are not just running repetitive test scripts or reading from a support script. You will be embedded deep into the product cycle, exploring software and physical systems, identifying real world edge cases, and directly unblocking enterprise clients and hyperscalers when they interact with our platform.



You are the critical link that ensures our software is bulletproof before deployment and flawless in production.

As a QA Engineer, you will
Test web applications, interactive dashboards, API layers, device integrations, and systemic monitoring workflows under real world operational loads.
Create and execute comprehensive test plans across functional, integration, regression, and full system testing cycles.
Leverage advanced AI tools to generate, refine, and scale test cases, QA documentation, structured bug reports, and external support notes.
Validate real time sensor and device telemetry, alerting thresholds, data reporting pipelines, and end user workflows for absolute precision.
Isolate and document software anomalies with crystal explicit reproduction steps, diagnostic logs, system telemetry, and expected behaviors.
Partner directly with core frontend and backend engineering teams to reproduce complex system edge cases, prioritize issues, and verify productio
