Role: SAP CS Functional Consultant

Domain Focus: Field Service Management, Depot Repairs, IBase Management, SLAs, Quotations & Invoicing
Key Responsibilities
Master Data & Workflows: Configure end-to-end SAP CS master data and workflows, including Service Notifications, Service Orders, Equipment Masters, Serial Numbers, and Installed Base (IBase).
Repairs & Warranties: Set up and support operational processing for field/in office repairs, in-house depot repairs, and warranty claim tracking.
Billing & DIP Profiles: Implement and optimize Dynamic Item Processing (DIP) profiles for Resource-Related Billing (DP90/DP91) and Service Quotations.
Contract Management: Configure and maintain Service Contracts,



billing plans, pricing procedures, and revenue recognition.
Cross-Module Integration: Manage touchpoints with SAP SD, MM, and FICO; troubleshoot complex functional defects and deliver custom enhancements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
8–10+ years of dedicated hands-on configuration experience in the SAP CS module.
Deep mastery of Service Orders, Notifications, IBase, Warranty Tracking, and Resource-Related Billing (DIP Profiles).
Strong cross-functional integration knowledge across SD, MM, and FICO.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Service / Customer Management is a strong advantage.
Proven track record in requirement gathering, solution design, and client-facing communication.
