Key Responsibilities

Factory & Production Management
- Supervise factory operations including intake, processing, quality control, and dispatch.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
- Optimize production schedules, manpower allocation, and resource utilization.
- Implement SOPs for laundry, dry cleaning, upholstery care, and merchandise processing.

Operations Oversight
- Manage end‑to‑end operations across outlets, hubs, and spokes.
- Coordinate logistics for pickup, delivery, and onsite services.
- Monitor inventory of chemicals, consumables, and merchandise.
- Ensure timely reporting and resolution of operational issues.

Team Leadership




- Lead and mentor factory staff, supervisors, and operations executives.
- Conduct training programs on hygiene, safety, and customer service.
- Drive performance through KPIs (turnaround time, quality scores, customer satisfaction).

Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in operations and implement efficiency improvements.
- Introduce automation, digital tracking, and CRM integration for smoother workflows.
- Collaborate with management to scale operations across Pan‑India.

Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management review.
- Support audits and inspections with accurate documentation.

Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 7-10 years of experience in operations/factory management, preferably in retail, FMCG, or service
