About The Role

As a Quality Engineer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the delivery of high-quality, robust, and scalable web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive quality across the SDLC, and help prevent defects with early detection strategies.



Your role is critical in shaping a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

What you will be Doing

Participate in all stages of product development from requirements to release
Design and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Perform manual and automated testing of web applications
Identify, document, and track bugs to closure using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers in agile teams
Develop scripts and maintain automated test suites using tools like Playwright and Karate
Own regression testing and sanity checks across releases
Participate in root cause analysis and drive improvements
Bring a continuous improvement mindset to testing strategies, tools, and processes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Experience

3-5 Years of proven working experience in quality engineering
