At Nexavate AI Private Limited, we are building an AI-powered healthcare technology ecosystem designed to help hospitals and clinics digitise, automate, and manage their operations more efficiently.

Our platform combines Hospital Management Systems (HMS), Clinic Management Systems (CMS), AI-powered patient engagement, smart healthcare assistants, digital healthcare infrastructure, and compliance automation — with a vision to serve healthcare organisations across India and international markets.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for an Investor Co-Founder who can bring both capital and strategic value to the company.

Role: Investor Co-Founder – Investment & Growth
? Location: India / Global
? Proposed Investment: ₹1 Crore
? Proposed Equity: ~9%
Subject to final valuation, due diligence, shareholder agreements and mutually agreed terms.
