A leading digital marketing company is looking to hire an experienced, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to drive high-converting performance marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Paid Ads: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to maximize ROI.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization: Design end-to-end lead generation funnels, run A/B split testing, and continually lower Acquisition Costs (CPA/CPL).
Campaign Troubleshooting & Analytics: Identify drop-offs, fix pixel/tracking glitches, troubleshoot campaign performance dips, and optimize targeting models.
Reporting & Strategy: Monitor campaign health, extract key analytics, and present transparent performance metrics to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills




Experience: Minimum 5+ years of verified, hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid user acquisition.
Core Ad Stack: Advanced mastery of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager.
Troubleshooting Expertise: Exceptional ability to audit underperforming campaigns, diagnose tracking issues, and implement swift turnarounds.
Lead Generation Focus: Proven track record of managing high-budget lead generation campaigns with clear conversions.
Essential Soft Skills
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written fluency in English.
