Position: Team Leader

Role Summary:
The Team Leader is responsible for managing a team, ensuring productivity, achieving targets, and maintaining high-quality work standards. The role involves guiding team members, monitoring performance, and coordinating with management to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members.
- Assign tasks and monitor daily work activities.
- Ensure team targets and deadlines are achieved.
- Track performance and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct team meetings and training sessions.
- Resolve team issues and escalate concerns when required.
- Prepare and submit performance reports.
- Maintain quality standards and process compliance.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.

Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of team handling experience preferred.
