Power BI & Excel Reporting Specialist with 5-6 years of experience in building, enhancing, and automating business reports using Power Query and multiple data sources.

Robust skills in data transformation, dashboard development, KPI analysis, and migrating manual Excel reports to automated BI solutions.

Experienced in stakeholder collaboration, reporting optimization, and identifying automation opportunities, with working knowledge of SQL and reporting processes.

Support existing manual Excel reports and Power BI dashboards for the AFH Reporting Services team.

Connect data from multiple sources into Excel and Power BI.

Build and maintain Power Query-based data transformation workflows.





Enhance existing Power BI dashboards based on business feedback and new requirements.

Analyze current manual reporting processes and identify automation opportunities.

Create a practical automation roadmap for manual reports and recurring reporting activities.

Support migration of manual Excel-based reports into automated Excel / Power Query / Power BI solutions.

Work with business users to understand reporting requirements, KPIs, data sources, and pain points.

Document reporting logic, transformation rules, assumptions, and automation steps.

Collaborate with reporting, BI, and business teams to improve report accuracy, efficiency, and usability.

Support report rationalization and identify duplicate, redundant, or low-value reports where applicable.

Ensure timely delivery of reporting enhancements with quality and accuracy.
