- Lead PCBA-specific should-costing initiatives using deep technical knowledge of SMT and THT assembly processes.
- Analyze complex Bill of Materials (BOM) to identify cost drivers in electronic components and mechanical hardware.
- Monitor global electronic component market pricing and lead times to provide proactive cost forecasts and risk mitigation.
- Evaluate PCBA assembly complexity, including layer counts, board materials (FR4, Rogers, etc.), and secondary processes like conformal coating.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize TCO by analyzing logistics, tariffs, and regional PCBA manufacturing capabilities.
- Develop and maintain advanced PCBA costing tools and templates to standardize costing across the organization.

- BE/BTech - Electrical/ Electronics
- Experience: 10 - 15 years
