- Lead automation testing initiatives for SAP applications using Tricentis TOSCA.
- Define automation strategy, framework enhancements, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide automation team members.
- Collaborate with business, QA, and development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Drive test planning, effort estimation, risk assessment, and execution.
- Review automation scripts, test artifacts, and validation documentation
- Manage defect triage and testing status reporting to stakeholders.
- Support compliance and validation activities in regulated Pharma environments.
Mandatory Skills:
- 6-8 years of QA/Test Automation experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Tricentis TOSCA.
- Strong experience in SAP Automation Testing (SAP ECC/S4 HANA).
- Proven experience in Pharmaceutical domain.
- Knowledge of CSV (Computer System Validation) and GxP regulations.
- Experience leading automation teams and large-scale testing programs.
- Solid understanding of automation architecture and testing methodologies.
- Experience with Test Management and Defect Management tools.
Good to Have:
- Experience in FDA-regulated environments.
- Exposure to SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, QM, FICO.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of API and integration testing.
