Role Description This is a full-time, in office Senior Civil Engineer role based in Mahoba.

The Senior Civil

Engineer will lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering works related to the company’s facilities and infrastructure, including site development, foundations, and utility networks. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing design drawings, specifications, and estimates; coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders; and ensuring projects comply with relevant codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. The role also involves overseeing stormwater management solutions, conducting site inspections, managing project timelines and budgets, and mentoring junior engineers and technical staff.

Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support reliable operations and long-term asset performance.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering, including structural, site, and infrastructure design.
- Experience leading and coordinating teams of Civil Engineers on construction and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Planning for projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and cost estimation.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management practices, drainage design, and related regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Relevant professional licensure or registration (or eligibility to obtain) as a civil engineer.
- Experience with engineering design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems proactively, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of construction safety standards, quality control procedures, and local building codes.
- Prior experience in industrial, infrastructure, or facility projects in India is an advantage.
