Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer will oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects within the campus and associated infrastructure. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar, focused on managing structural and site development works, coordinating with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards,



and optimizing designs for cost effectiveness and sustainability.

The role also involves stormwater management planning, monitoring project timelines, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting institutional expansion and maintenance initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles.
- Candidates should possess experience in Planning and project coordination for civil works.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Stormwater Management and related infrastructure design.
- Candidates should possess the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with Civil Engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Several years of progressively responsible experience in civil engineering, preferably in institutional or campus projects.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar) and familiarity with local building codes and standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability.
