Senior CDP Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior CDP Developer to design, build, and manage a Customer Data Platform (CDP) as part of an enterprise CRM program. The role focuses on creating a unified Customer 360 view, enabling segmentation, activation, and data-driven insights while collaborating closely with Data Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and maintain Customer 360 data models within the CDP

- Implement identity resolution (customer matching and merging logic)

- Develop and manage customer segmentation (e.g., VIP, churn, lifecycle stages)

- Enable data activation across CRM and engagement platforms

- Ensure data quality and validation from upstream systems

- Prepare clean, structured datasets to support AI/ML use cases

- Enforce data governance, consent management, and access controls

- Collaborate with Data Engineers on data ingestion, transformation, and pipelines





- Build custom LLM-based solutions where applicable

Required Skills

- Robust proficiency in SQL (mandatory)

- Hands-on experience with CDP platforms (Salesforce Data Cloud preferred)

- Expertise in customer data modeling and Customer 360 concepts

- Knowledge of identity resolution and data matching techniques

- Experience working with data pipelines and integration teams

Experience

- 6+ years of experience in CDP, data platforms, or CRM data roles

- Proven experience handling large-scale customer data environments

Nice to Have

- Experience within the Salesforce ecosystem

- Understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines

- Domain experience in hospitality, gaming, or retail

- Exposure to Kafka / real-time streaming technologies
